Took us around to meet and greet everyone in every department, show ya all around the place and even back in the service area. Would like to thank Kathy and Jodie on making the experience seamless and easy going. They had no problem staying after hours to finish up everything with us due to my wife and I's conflicting work schedules. They went out of their way to do a dealer swap for me to get the exact bike I was looking for and kept in great contact throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend them to anyone. We had a greater than expected experience ! We walked into the store somewhat nervous. And left out with a whole new opinion of Harley Davidson of BC. First I wanna start of by saying Nls was nothing short of amazing ! She was so kind and patient and made me feel so comfortable ! Interacted with my entire family and was just a genuine happy soul. I am a new rider and purchased a used bike a couple years ago. I usually have support to help me make decisions on what to do with my bike. However, I don't have the support I use to have any longer. So the decision on what to do and if it was needed at this time was much appreciated by Michelle Doster. Recently I visited Battle Creek (BC) for a future employment opportunity. Prior to my visit, I tried to locate a local opportunity to rent a motorcycle, but found no options available in Battle Creek. Upon meeting Nicole and discussing the latter and the reason for a visit to area, she talked with Mike and made arrangements for me to take a 2020 demo out for a local extended ride, Mike also pointed me to a great place to enjoy a cigar locally. Additionally I was able to meet several members of the team at BCHD during my weekend visit: Taune, Bruce, Wayne, Jodie, Craig, Troy, Ryan, JoAnne and Niky. All at BCHD were very inviting, great to chat with, and made me immediately feel like a member of their community. The day I took the bike for a demo ride, Taune was very informative about the new GPS and made the new ride experience exceptional. Riding a new model touring bike was very impressive and I thank BCHD with the desire to add a late model touring bike to my inventory. Regardless of my future opportunities to live in the BC area, I will always say the BCHD has been the absolute best dealer experience I have ever had. I will always call them first when looking to make my late model purchase. The team at BCHD make the dealership a shop I will always desire to visit and ride with, and the facility helps them to leverage their customer service to the level of excellence!

We had a wonderful time with the folks there. Brandon meant us at the door with a smile a ready to help us. We were in the market for a trike. He walked us thru the different the ones you had there.he was. Very helpful. We chosed a bike and he helped us get it on hold. Very glad he did, there was another customer interested in it. We also worked with Nicole in finance. We were having problems with title. She worked with us and got it done. Its folks like this makes customers want to come back. Nicole was awesome! I took the basic skills and the instructors were safe and made me feel confident. I did not buy a HArley straight away, I bought a 250cc at the conclusion of the class. It was the best decision I could have made. Nicole did not make me feel like a baby girl about it. She kept it real and did not scare me off. I think if I would have jumped into a Harley I would have crashed and been done with riding. She emplowered me to be ok with starting where I was and not rushing it. I bought a 250 and learned, made mistakes and when I got on a Harley and I felt confident. What a great asset she is to new female riders. I would recommend her to any new female rider, she made me feel like it was ok to start small and work up. She empowered me to get on a voraciously loud bike and rock it with confidence. I now own a Harley from you and I am planning my Harley motorcycle journey with your business as my base. All your guys are great, but when ur a chick there is nothing like the influence of a another woman to be a fantastic motorcycle mentor. I think I am definitely a "live to ride, ride to live" follower because of Nicole. I have bought a lot of shit, and been promised a lot of shit, but Nicole was straight up, and I did not feel like she was bull dogging me. Remember it's all about perspective. Anyways. I would recommend and push any of my gf to go to her for a bike. I can't express in words my satisfaction with Nicole. I have been flirting with bikes for a minute and have received the most honest service from her, even when it didn't immediately affect her. She helped make me a rider for life. Which In turn gives u a buyer for life. I would highly recommend to my fiends.

I've been looking to try to make Battle Creek Harley my home for the longest. Everytime I came in to see them without money to buy, they always treated me good. Now I got the money, they gave me a great deal on this 2000 Road King Classic. Bike is pretty awesome. Battle Creek Harley takes people in like family. What a great store! My Road King needs will come from Battle Creek Harley only. Can't wait to mess with Nichole tomorrow. She doesn't know I bought that bike. Just bought our First Harley. 2011 FLTHCU and we are really loving it. Customer Service is outstanding at BCHD and we would not even consider going anyplace else. They really made and impression on both my wife and myself that is outstanding. License plate came in and they called us that it was in and we went over on the bike to get it. Galeon didn't just hand it to us and say goodbye he went out and put it on the bike himself. Nikki, Ken, Scott, and there is no way that I could even forget Alli Cat went above and beyond in helping us out. Thanks to everyone!!! Can't wait to go back to buy something just to see you all again.

I bought a 2013 Street Glide and the service was outstanding , they gave me a fair trade on my old bike,answered all my questions and stayed open late on a Sat.so I could take it home that day. The only bitch I have is it was a cold ass ride home,but that wasnt their fault,the high that day was 42 degrees.
